1How to search products?
Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.
2Can I choose another delivery address?
Yes, it is possible choose another delivery address when you place your order.
3To which countries do you ship?
Your order can be shipped just about anywhere in the world. On the delivery page you can see which countries we ship.
4Can I change something in my order after I have placed it?
If your order has not yet been packaged then you can of course change your order. The best thing to do would be to send an e-mail to customer service at support@coolstuffeveryday.net
5What should I do if I mistakenly entered the wrong address?

6I've changed my mind about my order. Can I cancel?
If your order has not been packaged then you may of course cancel it. The best thing to do would be to send an e-mail to customer service at support@coolstuffeveryday.net
7I have returned a package/product. When will I get my money back/get a new product?
All packages are processed as they are received, and then an e-mail is sent to the customer. It can take up to 14 days for your money to be returned or a new product to be sent off. During the holidays when we have a lot to do, it can take up to three weeks before you have your money back on your card or you receive your new product. If it seems to be taking more time than this, you can contact customer service at support@coolstuffeveryday.net
8What should I do if the package has been sent, but the post office does not have it?
Contact us at support@coolstuffeveryday.net and state your order number so that we can quickly look into the matter and search for your package with the post office.
9How quickly will you answer my e-mail?
Monday to Friday, we answer your e-mail within a maximum of 24 hours, usually much sooner. However, Christmas may be an exception. We are closed on Sundays and holidays.
10As a company, can I order from you?
You can easily order as a company from us; however, you place your orders on the same terms as do our private customers. If your order larger quantities, however, you may qualify for a small discount.
